Trauma
Yeah, it happens. We cannot always avoid this and its not always our fault. But we can process it. Processing it will help it breakdown in the body. Our body does keep score of everything that happens to us. We have to learn how to move this trauma out of our joints, muscles, bones and organs. Think thats a little woo woo? Maybe, but take inventory and see what you notice in your body. It might be worth it to work on these stores spots in your body to see if you can work it out and feel better!
