Tell me, how am I supposed to breath with no air? Well, you can't, so. Let's talk about the respiratory system and breathing and all the things surrounding air. Air quality is a big key to how well we breathe, and if you live in a big city or next to some sort of manufacturing plant you may not have the best quality. What about smoking and vaping? Is breathwork a good thing, or should I just learn how to use my belly to breathe? So many things surrounding the health of our lungs and what you can do and try to keep them in great shape.
