Protein is so important and most people only think it comes from meat and have never looked into other sources. Wherever you get your source, the macro of protein is necessary and getting to know it and how it functions In the body is important. Maybe you count your protein and maybe you don't but how else would you know if you are getting enough. Many people think that meat is the best source and sometimes the only source but there is much more out there in this world and it's fun to explore!
