Sometimes it can feel like we are trying so hard and pushing to get to where we want to go and nothing seems to feel like it's flowing easily and comfortably. Is this something we can control? Are we able to let go of some of that weight we are carrying. The expectations, the body image, the constant need to please others? When will this constant pressure stop? Dissecting this feeling and acknowledging that it exists in our bodies can feel like a big task but once you see that you are in this constant state of tense rigidity, you can start to loosen up those muscles one at a time to surrender to the flow of nature, the plan and start feeling more free in this life.
