Self Care isn't Selfish

Self care has gotten weird, lots of people are using this term and it can feel like something you don't want to do or that you can't afford to do. but here are a few different things to think about when it comes to self care and really diving in to that self love and relationship with who you are especially to relieve stress and anxiety.
